My job as your therapist is to help you engage in this process in an effective way. I will create and hold space for you to slow down and for us to deeply listen to you and your needs and wants. Telling your story, putting words to your experience and finding ways to most accurately articulate what’s on your mind and in your heart can be transformative in itself.

Through this sacred, alchemical, and somewhat mysterious process, clarity, healing, and integration can emerge. You may discover new perspectives, understandings, and ways of being that can help navigate life’s challenges and opportunities.
